Where we ship
Lumora ships to the United States, all 27 countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Shipping cost
- United States: free shipping on every order.
- European Union and United Kingdom: flat rate of €3 per order (shown in your local currency at checkout).
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes:
- United States: 7–14 days.
- European Union and United Kingdom: 7–15 business days.
These are estimates; delays can happen during peak holiday season or because of carrier or customs issues.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Power plug
US orders include a US power adapter and European orders include an EU power adapter. UK orders also include an EU power adapter, so you will need a standard EU-to-UK plug adapter (not included).
Customs and duties
The total shown at checkout is what you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for extra fees on delivery, contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.
