Where we ship

Lumora currently ships to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–14 days after they ship.

During peak holiday weeks carriers can take a little longer. For Halloween, we recommend ordering by October 15.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, email us at arystatienda@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.
