We want you to love your Lumora projector. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at arystatienda@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at arystatienda@gmail.com before sending anything back — we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer and are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us and we'll help.
